NNMA FOUNDER
Jackie Burgess LM, CPM
Jackie trained to be a midwife at IIHCP in Boca Raton, Florida and performed her preceptorship at a busy birth center in Cape Coral, Florida. She also delivered babies in the Dominican Republic as part of her training. After graduation, Jackie focused on home births and working at the Family Birth Center in Naples, Florida. She recently moved to Reno, where she focuses on providing prenatal, labor-and-delivery, and postpartum care. Jackie also cares for Lake Tahoe, Carson City, Gardnerville and their surrounding areas. She maintains an intimate practice, so she’s able to spend more time with her clients and personally attend every birth.
